What we collect
When you submit the contact form (or the console's structured contact fields), we receive the details you enter — your name, an email address or phone number, and your message — together with the context of that exchange. We do not run trackers or advertising profiling on this site.
Why we process it (legal basis)
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to understand your enquiry and respond to it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
The AI terminal
The on-page console is an AI assistant. It is there to answer questions and point you to the right next step; it never makes commitments on our behalf. A conversation is only stored if you choose to leave your contact details through the structured form, so we can follow up.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these — or simply to be forgotten — email amministrazione@luminage.it.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure located within the European Union.
